Transparency of Information in the Financial Statements and the Extent to Which It Discloses the Future Expectations of Economic Units Using the Tobin s Q Index

Purpose: The research aims to determine the nature of relationship between transparency disclosure in financial statements and closing prices stocks future expectations. Theoretical framework: knowledge bases information how disclose expectations economic units sample were highlighted. Methodology: data five Iraqi banks listed Stock Exchange for periods collected, then was analyzed according price each bank, extracting indicator tool used study special equations that clarified practical side.
